"I want her to give birth before filing for divorce" Man tells court .

A divorcee, Jamila Yusuf, on Wednesday prayed a Sharia Court I at Magajin Gari, Kaduna State to order her former husband Musliu Adetoro to pay her N30,000 monthly as maintenance allowance for the upkeep of their two-month-old baby.

The defendant told the court that she wanted the father to take full responsibility for his baby.

The Judge, therefore, ruled that Adetoro pay Jamila N15,000 as maintenance allowance for their baby.
